The hall has been a venue to conduct the following activities; performances in drama, music, comedies , dance and gymnastics are performed in the hall. It is a popular place where people who have different skills are able to show case the talents and skills. According to table 10.4 the different groups and stakeholders need to be involved for the operation of the hall to increase productivity. The different stakeholders to be involved include; producer, artistic director, production team, company manager, stage management, technical department, stage crew, orchestra and fly men. The work of the producer is to produce financial support to the project and to the performers. They also help to monitor the financial risks affecting the company. The work of the artistic director is to present the program me to the audience since he is the creative force that runs the show David, (2005).The role of production manager is to ensure that any requirement involving the technical and staging are met in the hall. The role of the company manager is to ensure that the welfare of the employees are met, from negotiating payments with producers. The work of the stage management team is to direct the performance of the show, the technical team ensures that the show runs well without any technicalities. The orchestra helps in providing music for the show and lastly the fly men responsible for operating the scenery in the walkways and revolving platforms and bridges. There are two functions in the hall performed by the team which should rely on each other and one must know what the other is doing. The two functions involve; stage management team and the artistic director. The work of the artistic director is to present the programme to the audience through the sounds and the scenery since he is the creative mind in the organization. The stage management team will depend on the sound and scenery of the artistic director that he produces to the audience in preparation of the costumes the team will exchange in each scene, the scenes preparation and in their different orders. Also the artistic director and the stage management team will coordinate the light preparation to ensure there is no confusion. Also the sound preparations need to be coordinated among the stakeholders. All the functions need to be followed and each stakeholder also needs to know the function performed by each person for correct timing and to avoid confusion in the organization. In conclusion the hall will grow by increasing it productivity by involving the people by coordinating the different activities performed by the stakeholders.
